Our current flagship project in Auckland is the master planned community Auranga, in Karaka Drury. The Auranga township covers 160 hectares with the potential to triple in size. The Auranga master plan will deliver 3,000 homes, with future growth to over 12,000 homes. Auranga has been designed to celebrate the connection to the outdoors that Kiwis love, and to foster community by encouraging walking and cycling throughout the area. MADE’s next large town development is Rotokauri, Hamilton city, only 45 minutes south of Auranga and will deliver approximately 2,000 homes.
